Background

About Bill Huber

I grew up in Pittsburg during the collapse of the steel industry, coming from a family of modest means. Working through high school and college, I graduated engineering school and began my 30 year career in AT & T/SBC, 16 years as an officer. During my career, I served on numerous non profit boards over the last 25 years, serving as Chairman for JA and other leadership positions. I was leading a team of in excess of $3B annual expense budget when I chose to complete that chapter of my career. I am interested in a board and senior advisor positions leveraging my operations, strategy, sales, marketing, human resources and customer experience background. The ideal role would be on a board of a growing technology company needing operational expertise at scale. Currently, I am volunteering at Trinity University, UT Southwestern and Highland Park Presbyterian church and a senior advisor to businesses. I am married with two grown children and enjoy running, biking, golfing and skiing.
