I am a CFO with an active CPA license in MA who has experience as a CEO and a Business Strategist. Having been a customer and manager of financial operations has given me a unique perspective to partner with executive teams to help drive performance. I am always looking for ways to improve business practices and processes to maximize enterprise value. I have substantial experience carving out businesses from within large corporations and revitalizing struggling companies and constantly look for ways to cost effectively improve businesses or parts of businesses to make them more successful.
