About Bill Koch

Bill Koch is a construction industry veteran who formed Creative Construction Solutions, LLC. in 2006 intent on serving the specific development and construction needs of the CCRC industry. CCS supports the entire continuum of “bricks and mortar” needs from development planning through construction and ultimate operations of a facility or campus. Grounded by a desire to provide “VALUE” vs. value engineering to the client, Bill’s firm has a proven track record of delivering outstanding projects at costs below industry expectations. Bill has played a role in the design and construction of some 40 major projects during his career representing over $1.5 billion or ten million square feet of building construction. Bill’s career began with senior industry pioneer, Del E. Webb Corporation, working on many projects in the Southwest including the original Sun City development near Phoenix. Bill migrated home when he joined Turner Construction Company in Philadelphia performing both project operations as well as preconstruction roles on a wide range of projects in the Northeast. Bill joined Paul Risk Associates, a small design/build firm, in 1994 serving as principle in charge of several CCRC projects in South central Pennsylvania. Many of Bill’s projects have received both design and construction industry awards including ABC’s national “Project of the Year” and NAHB’s coveted “Best of American Living” award.
