I have 15+ years of experience training and managing individuals in a professional environment. As a trainer, I'm known for being trustworthy and friendly. My experience has ranged from working with large groups to one-on-one sessions. I'm comfortable with presenting complex information and adjusting to the needs of the audience. I have developed diverse training materials through rigorous research and continual improvement. As a leader within a professional environment, I'm known as a reliable, knowledgeable, and skilled expert across several roles. I'm often asked to take on novel responsibilities and advise on new projects and initiatives. I consider problem solving and planning to be two of my greatest strengths. Amongst both coworkers and friends, I am known for being outgoing and warm. I take an interest in the needs of others because building trust and strong relationships wherever I am is important to me. Most of my hobbies-music, podcasting, writing-include an aspect of being creative. I work across multiple formats and media as a means to keep strong communication skills.
