About Bill Leach

Ask people who know me well and I believe they would talk about my 10+ years of executive experience within SMB and large enterprise environments. I hope they would mention my more than four years of direct experience as a managing partner and senior executive for a small cybersecurity company. My skills include direct strategic sourcing management for a healthcare publicly-traded company as managing director for information technology and cybersecurity sourcing/purchasing and were responsible for an annual budget of $110M. I also have an extensive background guiding a Project Management Office. My work includes supporting a Certified Scrum Agile PMO that developed and supported a Software as a Service (SaaS) application for a healthcare company. I have managed ore than 60 projects as a certified PMP with a $4.8M budget and created a functional playbook for managing project sprints. Plus, I have coached project professionals through the Certified Scrum Agile certification process. All of these successes have come after serving in the military where I learned how to design and implement processes and procedures that improve business operations. I also excel at developing and overseeing personnel who equal and exceed established objectives and standards.
