An experienced REALTOR® and Auctioneer with a demonstrated history of working in Real Estate and the Automotive industry. Purchasing, selling and managing his own office, retail, self-storage, and warehouse properties for 45 years, now licensed in Illinois and Indiana to lend his considerable experience to others. Conducting commercial and consumer auctions for 42 years, he has become well known by Dealers and Representatives of participating firms both locally and nationally. He is skilled in Operations Management, Sales, Logistic Support, and Account Management. During two consecutive terms as President of the Indiana Auto Wholesalers Association, he lobbied the Indiana Legislature and oversaw association management. When employed as Assistant Director at Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana, Loy demonstrated great compassion for the Handicapped while managing donated goods production for 17 stores. A strong entrepreneurial professional with additional background in consumer finance. A “Consumer Emergency First Response Instructor” and a “Specialty Scuba Diving Instructor”. His passion to engage with different cultures have taken him to 21 countries on six continents.
