I created computer graphic programs to make the running of a large corporate office building much more user friendly with the Honeywell Deltanet Building Management System. I over saw construction to make sure all work, gauges, etc were done to specifications. I have turned around Apartment communities that lacked responsible maintenance departments. Cut down on call with professional and timely response to residents work orders.
