I’m a California attorney, with twenty-plus years of employment law practice. Over the course of my career, I have counseled both employers and employees in scores of litigated disputes. I’ve represented my clients in the California and Federal courts, in private arbitrations and mediations, and before State administrative bodies. In my current practice, my primary focus is on advice and counsel to small and mid-sized employers, across a range of industries, organizations, and businesses.
