About Bill Mozingo

For over 14 years, I worked in the creative department of a very large church in Hampton Roads. During this time, I worked my way up to being the Worship Pastor and one of two Creative Directors. We were on the cutting edge of creativity in the church world, often looked at as the example to follow. In this position, I had a team of 300 volunteers across 7 different locations, all under my leadership and supervision. Through massive amounts of failing and some substantial success; I learned how to take ideas to concepts, concepts to pitches and pitches to successful events. These events included two yearly conferences that had more than attendees, yearly Christmas plays including an adaptation of the Grinch that was seen by people over the span of 3 shows, and other events throughout the year that centered around creativity. In this role I also did hundreds of voice overs, song writing, parody writing, sketch comedy writing, blog writing, voice acting and leadership talks. Since resigning in June of 2019, I have been pursuing other creative ventures including acting, blog writing, music composing and leadership training. I am passionate about all of these things and love the pursuit of creativity!
