With a progressive career in leading and championing operations, launching new programs and service lines as well as executing significant improvements for large-scale healthcare organizations, I am confident that I will make an immediate and impactful contribution as an executive, administrator or senior leader. As a turnaround strategist and service line launch expert in both not-for-profit and for-profit industries, my expertise has been sought out to correct operational problems through aggressive growth, standardization, cost containment and process improvement and especially take on challenges where others have failed. I am a driven and proactive servant leader with successes in championing teams to achieve operational and clinical excellence in large healthcare system leadership and transformation, including roles at Henry Ford Health System, DaVita, Trinity Health and Horizon Health. Melding business acumen, clinical and quality deliverables and exceeding financial expectations is my passion.
