Mako Solutions, Inc, of Arlington, Washington, was founded in 2010 by Bill Pyle, after 27 years as a business owner and leader in the Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machine service and repair industry. Mako Solutions offers a service program that allow our customers to Save 20% and more by joining forces with a local team of service professions who are available to minimize machine downtime and to maximize the value of the local resources. As a locally based commercial equipment service team with over 27 years of experience, Mako Solutions is in the best position to approach initial problem solving, and repairs. If necessary coordinate with both the OEM and associated service teams to clearly identify the issues on a more refined level and allow us to work together to minimize the down time and maximize the resources utilized to complete the tasks at hand. We provide full mechanical, electrical and operations system analysis, disassembly, repair and service of all plant commercial equipment. In his 13-Year career at The Service Group, where he served as Founder and President, Bill discovered that most customers don’t have the training and experience to systematic approach to identifying and determining overall problems. We are willing to support all our customers to protect and manage Machine down time. We also provide Safety, Lubrication and Preventative Maintenance programs to provide maximum machine up-time.
