About Bill Pyper

As a Certified Public Accountant, I am experienced in management, accounting, external auditing, internal auditing, budgeting, tax and financial reporting for a wide variety of companies. My experience includes implementing internal controls, general ledger accounting, preparing and reviewing financial statements, reviewing work of other team members, tax preparation and planning, and financial operations. While employed in public accounting, I served many small to large publicly and privately held companies. Working with these clients has given me broad experience and knowledge of applicable tax, accounting, and audit regulations for many different industries. My experience includes over twenty years working as a Vice President – Internal Audit, Finance Director/Chief Financial Officer, and as a Senior Manager in public accounting working with a variety of businesses. I was a Senior Manager with a national public accounting firm and a Senior Audit Associate with a Big 4 international accounting firm. In addition, I have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, teamwork, commitment to meeting deadlines and the ability to prioritize. My experience also includes preparing accurate financial data and assisting management in making wise business decisions.
