About Bill Rogers

William K. Rogers is a leading business and real estate lawyer in Santa Barbara representing businesses throughout California's Central Coast. Mr. Rogers concentrates his practice on corporate and business law matters, including purchases and sales, mergers and acquisitions, business and commercial negotiations, syndications, real estate, land use planning and development, and oil and gas. Mr. Rogers is currently working on a wetlands enhancement and enlargement project in the San Joaquin Valley of California and is a Director and General Counsel for the Tulare Basin Wetlands Association, a habitat protection organization in the San Joaquin Valley. He is President of the Board of Directors of Dog Adoption & Welfare Group ("DAWG"), a very successful dog welfare nonprofit in Sant Barbara, is a member of the Santa Barbara County Bar Association and previously served on The Santa Barbara Harbor Commission for 13 years. Mr. Rogers is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, signifying the highest ethical standards and legal ability. He was born in Tucson, Arizona, and was admitted to the California Bar in 1968, after receiving his LL.B. from Duke University Law School and his B.A. from the University of Arizona.
