About Bill Ryan

If not now, there once was a time when your company built its success on the values of hard work, fair compensation and a commitment to the growth of the company. These were values shared by both the owners and the employees. The "double edge sword" of rapid growth often carries with it an erosion of those initial positive values and can negatively impact a successful culture. I understand these changes and know how to implement a program that regains that early sense of pride of accomplishment. With 20 years as a clinical psychologist and another 20 as an HR Director and HR, VP in the corporate world, I have knowledge and expertise in all aspects of Human Resources and have the unique perspective of understanding human behavior as it relates to a healthy, functional business environment. I have implemented this knowledge in many diversified businesses to help them identify and organize around their strategic competencies and subsequently, significantly increase their profit margins. I have brought value to companies by first understanding what made the successful to begin with and if that initial business culture has been altered or if the successful culture has not yet been defined. I have the background, experience and instincts to recognize who are the individuals who will make the company successful and can help implement systems to hire train, keep safe (and you risk-free), coach and provide for all of the corporate needs it will take to develop long-term employees who are committed to not only their own career growth but also that of the company.
