Subject Matter Expert in the design and implementation of Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) assisted training events from the individual level up to Field and Command Post Exercises for large, complex organizations- Subject Matter Expert in Field and Live Fire Training Exercise (FTX & LFX) planning, instrumentation, execution, assessment, and after action reviews (AAR)- Subject matter expert in organizational leadership, organizational transformation and change management, as well as organizational psychology and culture- Subject matter expert in the use of command and control systems and applications, as well as developing and implementing custom designed training programs and assessments to improve customer use and performance-Subject matter expert in project management, program management, and quality assurance/control processes and procedures- Subject matter expert in designing, producing, and delivering information and decision products and briefings to very senior organizational leaders to keep them informed of new and on-going projects and programs- Subject matter expert in leading and developing small teams (2-5 personnel) to large and complex multi-functional teams (500+ personnel) in geographically separated, multi-cultural/multi-belief locations and settings- I currently have an active DOD security clearance of Top SECRET (thru April 2028).
