As a senior principal strategist, I focus on enterprise transformation at the intersection of business architecture, process design, and strategy execution. I bring a structured, grounded approach to untangling complexity and building alignment — from idea to impact. Across my career — from software engineering and IT, to Lean Six Sigma performance improvement, to enterprise process architecture and strategic enablement — the constant thread has been breaking down what’s overwhelming, making it understandable, and moving people and organizations forward. My strength lies in simplifying complexity. I’m known for absorbing the big picture, connecting the dots, and creating clarity where there was confusion. Whether mapping value streams, designing prioritization frameworks, or aligning strategy and execution, I help teams move from intention to action. At Blue Shield of California, I’ve helped lead: • Development of enterprise operational value streams • Implementation of Lean Portfolio Management (SAFe) • Strategy-to-execution process design and alignment • Prioritization frameworks that support annual planning and governance I recently built a framework to categorize intelligent process automation (IPA) initiatives across the enterprise. While still learning, I’m actively exploring how IPA and AI can enhance strategy, accelerate discovery, and scale smarter solutions. I’m hands-on with GenAI tools like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, building comfort using them to reframe challenges, analyze workflows, and generate ideas faster. I don’t claim deep technical expertise — I’m here to learn and help shape how AI fits into the future of enterprise design. I’m not here to manage projects — I’m here to build smarter ways of working. Outside work, I’m exploring how to utilize AI, rowing on my Concept2 (for the benefit, not the workout), reading on leadership and understanding myself and others, and grilling for game nights with family and friends.
