Background

About Bill Shrader

My goal is to see the Kingdom of God advance in Latin America and (especially) in Peru. That is, to see people saved, filled with the Holy Spirit and walking in freedom and maturity in Christ. I love teaching theology at the Seminary, teaching on the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and leading people in that experience, teaching on Campus Ministry and the discipleship of young adults/college students. I have served for many years as a pastor, a teacher and a worship leader. I served in Chi Alpha Campus Ministries for nearly 25 years (counting my time as a student leader) and continue to have a passion for reaching college students. In 2003, the Lord expanded our ministry by calling us to Latin America ChildCare (LACC) and service as missionaries in Peru. As such, I serve as the LACC Director for the Andean Region-transforming the lives of children in need through evangelism, education and works of compassion (such as feeding programs and hosting medical teams). My wife, Lena, and I have enjoyed 22 years of marriage and working as a team in ministry. We have four children who are our joy and crown.
