I have been so blessed to find such a rewarding and challenging career as I have in Residential Real Estate. For over 36 years, I have helped over 684 families find a house that they could improve and make it their home! I love working with the first time home buyers. The main reason I enjoy working with first timers is they love to learn about the whole home buying and repairing process. When I started in 1983, Realtors got a printed MLS book every 2 weeks to find homes. We had no Mapsco, Computers, Cell Phones, Google Maps, GPS! Back then we met the other agent and had a lot more face to face contact. I really strive to understand what my client's goals and needs are and what they are expecting regarding customer service. With this information, it is easy to exceed their expectations and create a pro-active environment instead of a reactive one. My generation expects not only good service but, the time saving technology also. Web Sites, IDX, E-mail, Texting, Face Book, etc are now part of my accessibility to my clients.
