As a Senior Project Manager at Lexmark International, I have over 20 years of experience in leading global print solutions for the corporate market. I have a master's degree in industrial engineering, and a proven track record of delivering innovative and high-quality acquisition printers, MFPs, and scanners. I am passionate about Lexmark's mission to create customer-driven solutions that empower businesses and individuals to achieve more. In my current role, I led a cross-functional team in developing and delivering A3/Ledger size mono and color printers and MFP's for Lexmark. I am responsible for managing the product life cycle, from concept to delivery, including gathering market requirements, leading a world wide Cross Functional Team, managing product delivery schedules, project Budget, and Capital requirements, and tracking product cost. I also communicate and report the project status, technical issues, and risks to the senior management and stakeholders, using my skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, team leadership, and communication. I have successfully delivered multiple Products for Lexmark, resulting in increased market share, customer satisfaction, and revenue. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to any team, I have a diverse background of roles with IBM and Lexmark. I have traveled extensively to Asia and Europe, and have interacted with large Fortune 500 customers around the world.
