About Bill Tempany

As a serial entrepreneur I have been involved in the start up and growth of 5 businesses over the last 50 years. I enjoy building and supporting high performance teams and delivering superior results to clients, investors, customers and staff by creating a company culture that embraces team success over individual achèvement and superior results through focused and empowered delivery of solutions, internally or externally with a strong focus on honest open communication in all parts of the business. Short well organized meetings with tangible results and action items and let people thrive and drive solutions through collaboration, communication, trust and rewards for a job done right the first time. Celebrate the victories, analyse the mistakes and learn from them and encourage people to take calculated risks to achieve uncommon success.
