With 8 years as a career advisor and 25+ years in sales and marketing, I’ve learned that success starts with listening—really listening—to what people need. Whether working with students, job seekers, or professionals in transition, I bring a client-centred approach rooted in active listening, strengths-based coaching, and real-world labour market intelligence. My background in sales helps me to quickly assess client needs, identify opportunities, and help individuals position themselves effectively in a competitive job market. In higher education, I’ve supported students from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds, helping them translate their education into meaningful career paths. I collaborate with faculty and campus partners to integrate career development into the student experience, and I use data-informed strategies to support student retention and post-graduation success.
