As a Privacy and Compliance Implementation Analyst at American Fidelity, I leverage my 12+ years of experience in analyzing legislation and regulations for all state and federal governments. I communicate the analysis to internal customers and provide legal research using various legal websites. I am also a certified privacy professional who delivers privacy training across the organization and leads incident response and remediation program. In addition to my current role, I have extensive experience as a Claims Supervisor at Farmers Insurance, where I led a team of claims adjusters handling liability, auto property damage, and coverage claims. I ensured that claim files met all state and federal regulations and developed and coached claims adjusters. I hold an MBA in Leadership from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. I am passionate about ensuring compliance and privacy in the insurance industry.
