I am currently a Principal Application Packager, I prepare and troubleshoot application packages for flawless enterprise deployment using tools such as InstallShield, AdminStudio, Workflow Manager, and Windows Installer Services. I am also the owner, president, and principal consultant of I.T. Express, Inc, a small but successful company that I founded in 2012 to provide customized solutions for clients' desktop management needs. I hold multiple technical certifications, including MCSE, MCSA, MCP, CompTIA Security+, CNE, and CAN, and I am the inventoer on a patent for an input device for scrolling a computer display more smoothly and intuilively. I have extensive knowledge and experience in MSI and advanced software packaging and distribution, SCCM, deployments, and data recovery. I have also worked with various certification and registration processes, such as FCC, UL, CSA, RoHS, and for product development and compliance. I am passionate about making sure applications install and run smoothly, and I enjoy solving complex problems and delivering high-quality results. I simply love seeing software install flawlessly.
