I have been in the Medical Acute Care and Home Care device industries for over 20 years. Since leaving KCI two years ago, a two year non-compete agreement limited my options. During this time I met Colonel Donald Flood and learned of his goal to set up the Flood Family Foundation. The foundation has helped to fund several innovative health and education programs, including Colorado State University's Neurological Music Therapy (NMT) program through the Center for Biomedical Research in Music and Peggy Groves Schaefer's first-of-its-kind Music Therapy work with Parkinson's patients at Scripps Rehabilitation Center. I have enjoyed working with the foundation and will continue to volunteer my services when I can. My objective is to join a company where I can use my leadership skills to help meet their goals and give me the opportunity for personal and financial growth.
