About Bill Verble

My career has focused on helping leaders address the challenges they face in achieving their goals. As an HR business partner, I guide leaders on the goals and needs they have around people in their organizations. Providing data, clarifying objectives, identifying options, navigating policies and processes, and coaching on difficult conversations to achieve outcomes are all part of the work I do on a daily basis. As a coach, I help leaders identify and maximize their strengths. Leaders are at their best when their authentic selves are present in their leadership. I help leaders learn how they can lean into and flex their styles for the people and organizations. Successful leaders have strong emotional intelligence. When leaders want to increase their emotional intelligence, I guide them on identifying their strong areas of emotional intelligence, how they can be intentional in using those areas, and what opportunities they have to build skills. My passion is helping leaders develop and grow. Guiding leaders to be their best so they may take their organizations through challenges or to new heights drives my work and my own development.
