As a Professional Engineer and Project Management leader with more than 34 years of international experience in the passenger rail and transit sector. I offer a determined focus, motivation, and the ability to develop innovative solutions for clients and deliver upon complex projects on time and on budget. I have more than 25 years of experience in Senior Leadership roles managing worldwide Systems Engineering and Project Management teams to design and deliver world class mass transit systems, rail vehicles and engineering services. I am bilingual (English, French) and I have mastered my communication skills. I am extremely team focused with extensive experience in Systems Engineering, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Tendering, Manufacturing, Planning, Contract Management, Budgeting, Finance, and Inventory Management with the primary objective to effectively deliver the business goals while exceeding customer expectations. I add great value experience and leadership to organizations from developing better products, establishing stronger, more robust and efficient processes, to providing innovative engineering services and solutions through the complete value chain to improve the bottom line of the organization.
