My role at SynDaver is to help our incredibly talented team achieve our mission to improve, extend and save the lives of humans and other animals. We do this by designing, building and selling the worlds most sophisticated synthetic human and animal tissues which are utilized in many educational applications including anatomy and physiology training, surgical simulation, medical device testing and many others. With a background that includes repeated success leading teams through rapid growth and change in dynamic organizations, my expertise includes building strong teams who are loyal to one another and the organization, committed to common goals and motivated by achieving results.
