Graduated with a First-Class Honours in BA Airline and Airport Management from Buckinghamshire New University has provided me with the experience in critically analysing and evaluating multiple aspects of the aviation industry and its shareholders. This was achieved by conducting research and leading teams through exercises in aviation marketing, economic and finance, business management, and aviation operations and cargo modules. Furthermore, I have graduated in MSc Aviation Organisational Resilience which focuses on crisis and risk management, business continuity, and organisational resilience. Thus, providing me with the skills to provide strategic, tactical, and operational recommendations for organisations to retain resilience. Additionally, four years at university has provided me with the opportunity to successfully collaborate with fellow peers and take lead on challenging activities and presentations, demonstrating clear communication and teamwork. Conversely, I have over 6 years of customer service experience in various roles necessitating self-motivation, a positive response to pressure, the ability to adapt to various roles and scenarios, and an entrepreneurial spirit. In terms of Aviation industry experience, I am currently the specialist sale executive at IAG Cargo, which my roles specialises in the sales of Live Animals, Human Remains, Life sciences, and High valued goods on IAGs network and interline agreements
