I am a dedicated Paralegal and Office Administrator with a proven track record in the legal industry. My expertise spans customer service, leadership, project management, Microsoft Office, and social media, all of which I leverage to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Forensic Psychology at Florida Atlantic University, further fueling my passion for the justice system. In my professional experience, I have held roles as a runner, receptionist, legal assistant, paralegal, and office manager within law firms. My responsibilities included all aspects of office and team management, including training, general office duties, and the drafting and review of contracts, correspondence, and legal filings. Notable accomplishments include maintaining a paperless office, sourcing and implementing software to support practice growth, assisting in the expansion of the mediation branch, and automating the scheduling process. I have also actively contributed to the legal community as the Vice President and Social Chair of the Phi Alpha Delta pre-law fraternity at Florida State University, where we achieved international recognition as the #1 Pre-Law fraternity. Balancing full-time studies with my role as a paralegal, I continuously strive to deepen my knowledge and skills in the legal field. I am motivated to drive meaningful change and contribute to the pursuit of justice.
