As a Customer Strategist at Kasisto, I create and deliver compelling digital experiences for financial institutions. I have been working at Kasisto since January 2022, starting as a Sales Engineer and then transitioning to a Customer Strategist in January 2023. In my current role, I work with a diverse and talented team of engineers, designers, and marketers to understand the needs and pain points of our clients and prospects, and to showcase how our leading digital experience platform, KAI, can transform their customer communications into profound interactions. KAI is a conversational AI solution that masters the language of finance and is ready to host the humanizing experiences today’s customers demand. I also support the sales and account management teams in demonstrating the value and benefits of KAI, and in closing deals and contracts with new and existing customers. I am passionate about using technology to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, and I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices in the fast-paced and innovative field of conversational AI.
