About Billy E.

The trick to great IT has nothing to do with knowledge. Doing and fixing what you know, anyone can do. There is nothing special about the known. Great IT teams are made of people who can adapt, people who realize where there knowledge limitations exist, and are willing to go beyond the limits. Fixing what you don't know takes flexibility, determination, and a willingness to find out. Over the past two decades, I have had the privilege of being pushed past what I know. The boundaries of my knowledge have grown, and have produced many valuable tools in my bag. However, the best asset I can bring to the table is my willingness to hit my limitations, push through them, and continue to pursue change.
