As an experienced IT professional with over 13 years of experience, I have honed my skills through a variety of experiences. My career began in the Year Up program, where I interned with Atrion and gained valuable experience working in managed services as a help desk technician.From there, I moved on to Paolino, where I took on a variety of IT responsibilities, including working with IoT devices and networking systems. During my time at Paolino, I faced many challenges and developed creative solutions, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. I am well-versed in Meraki Networks, Ubiquity Ui, and Cisco phone systems, as well as various operating systems like Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS. Additionally, I have experience working with security systems, including cameras and access controls.At Paolino, I had the opportunity to work on several high-profile projects, including the planning and integration of IT systems for the Beatrice Hotel, Bellini Restaurant Providence, and Wellington Resort. Currently, I am working at the Fall River School District as a VOIP Manager, where I have successfully migrated multiple schools from analog to digital systems and assist with network operations.While I am capable of working alone, I enjoy collaborating with others and am always willing to lend a helping hand. I am eager to continue learning and growing in the field of networking technologies and thrive in hands-on learning environments.Furthermore, my four years of customer service experience in the hotel industry, specifically at a Courtyard by Marriott, have developed my ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
