My career in the construction sector began early, working with my family's businesses in Ireland and Birmingham before taking a leap of faith to Dubai in 1996. This journey led to Megarme, where I built extensive experience serving the marine and construction industries. Seizing the opportunity in 2006, I acquired the company and, over the next seven years, grew the team from 60 to over 600 staff, successfully expanding our presence with new offices in Abu Dhabi, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. This experience forged my passion for scaling businesses and leveraging technology to solve complex industry challenges. Today, I'm the CEO of Urban Surveys, a leading Digital Survey Business with a strong presence in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, and London. We specialize in advanced 3D data capture and modeling, empowering Developers, Asset Owners, Architects, Project Management Companies, and Designers. Our services include high-precision laser (LiDAR) scanning and Drone data capture, delivering extensive 3D Scan to BIM Modeling.
