About Billy Jarvis

As a Residential Children's Team Leader at The Cambian Group, I lead a dedicated team of carers to provide top-notch care for children in residential settings. I manage daily routines, promote positive behavior, and ensure the safety and well-being of the children, creating a supportive and nurturing environment for their growth and development. Prior to this role, I was a Resident Care Assistant at The Cambian Group, where I provided daily support and care to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development. I also have experience as a Teaching Assistant at Brookhurst Primary School, where I supported classroom teaching, assisted with lesson planning, managed student behavior, and provided individual assistance to promote an inclusive learning environment for the children. I hold certifications in safeguarding children, first aid, and concussion guidelines from The Football Association. I am passionate about supporting children's growth and development, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
