My name is Billy LeDuc, and I am a 26 yr old Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and National Talent Buyer/Promoter at Radiant in Nutley, NJ. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business, have a well-rounded and extensive background working in several music companies as well as the restaurant business. These areas have given me excellent experience in fields such as promotion, event planning, people skills, production and business management, business planning, customer service, marketing and many others. Since I've worked with so many different clients in this field, I have learned a great deal of how to approach different demographics on many different levels locally and nationally. For example, as a talent buyer, I have worked with various booking agencies identifying how certain artists would draw in our market. This has given me the ability to close deals on the proper pricing for payment to bring them in to play our venues. This has helped me develop a knowledge and experience of negotiating with different people, which is applicable to any field. With my MT position, I have worked with various types of customers, like Corporate, Retail, Insurance Replacement and various others. Enterprise has developed me in many core areas of Sales, Management, Marketing, Customer Service & Team Building. With my hard work and dedication to our 8 Found Values at the Company, I got promoted and currently work at Newark Airport, handling the same responsibilities in a much faster paced environment.
