I have experience in all areas of a Automotive Dealership; I have sold several cars from the Service Drive as an alternative to a repair. I have experience with DMS providers ADP/CDK Global, Reynolds and Reynolds Systems and Tekion. I am a people person and have a way of making people feel comfortable and never pressured. I treat every customer with respect as if they were a family member or friend. I have experience in Dispatching,Flag Repair Orders, answer Warranty questions for Technicians and Service Consultants and submit Warranty Claims with a low reject rate. I am capable of correcting rejected claims by applying the appropriate codes for payments using the Global Warranty Management System. I am able to assist Technicians fix it right the first time and make accurate repairs using my knowledge of Service Bulletins and Training. I attended and graduated General Motors University of Automotive Management training. I have kept up with my GM training as a Service Manager, Service Consultant, Parts Manager and Warranty Administrator. I attend yearly training courses conducted by Warranty Matters to sharpen my Warranty skills. Knowledge is the key to success and satisfying customers. I have conducted several self-audits and corrected the out of line conditions. I successfully cut a GM audit with a significate charge back in half by using my knowledge of GM’s Policy and Procedure Manual. I am well liked by my peers and have a large customer base by way of referrals.
