I've built many successful teams as a director, plant manager, and operations manager, but most importantly, wearing many "hats" in many different roles was and is an experience of a lifetime as I progressed professionally. I've been successful in all aspects of a Manufacturing and Supply Chain business, and for the last 20 years, I've been fortunate to have worked for some great Private Equity Businesses and Executive Managers. These roles not only helped me establish my expertise as a professional but also enabled me to transform some outstanding organizations' I have exhibited outstanding leadership in three Senior level management teams that I have been a part of over the past 20 years. I'm grateful that I have the chance to lead sizable operations and have the skills necessary to continuously enhance these multifaceted companies. My career is built on safety, and I believe we can all work in a country where there are no workplace incidents.
