Throughout my journey, I have worked in technology, maintenance planning, project management, quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, and utilizing and implementing lean principles, enabling me to approach challenges from various perspectives. This multidisciplinary background has not only fueled my passion for continuous learning but also equipped me with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and drive innovative solutions.” Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse population and led numerous team projects that led to transformational changes across the organization. My journey began as an Electronic Technician and evolved into positions that allowed me to hone my skills in project management, strategic planning, leadership and mentoring. I take pride in my ability to drive team performance, foster innovation, build successful partnerships and streamline processes for better performance. One of my proudest achievements was developing a new department focused on quality, advanced problem solving and outlined testing procedures. After a successful launch it not only improved service quality, but reduced downtime resulting in overall efficiency and cost reduction. I believe in continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation, and I'm passionate about mentoring others and driving industry change.
