During my tenure, I successfully more than doubled department revenue by focusing on customer satisfaction, process optimization, and team development. I also spearheaded the integration of Technician Video Inspections, giving customers a transparent, personalized view of their vehicle service needs. Additionally, I introduced AI tools to streamline service workflows and enhance both customer communication and internal efficiency — helping the department stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
