Background

About Billy Radam

I started as an Ad Operations Specialist supporting Waze and Google Ads campaigns, where I managed end-to-end campaign execution including setup, targeting, ad creation, location mapping, reporting, invoicing, and troubleshooting. I worked closely with clients and internal sales teams through CRM tools (SFDC), ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of requests. I also conducted quality checks on campaign implementations to ensure accuracy and alignment with client objectives, while assisting with campaign mocks and creative assets. I was later promoted to Quality Analyst, where I conducted regular audits of cases and campaigns to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with platform and client standards. I served as a key point of contact for process improvements and contributed to enhancing QA frameworks and operational efficiency. In this role, I also communicated with the Waze community and internal stakeholders through CRM channels, identified gaps, and provided actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.
