Background

About Billy Shollenberger

I am a chemical engineer with strong technical and collaboration skills which allow me to thrive in many team and organizational environments. I have relevant experience with both process and project management. While I was facilities engineer overseeing the gas gathering systems I led a task force which reduced compressor station downtime by 30% within a calendar year. As a project manager I have designed and carried out over $60MM in capital projects, submitted and implemented $1.4MM in costs savings ideas, and executed pilots that reduced field exposure by 40%. I am dedicated to the tasks at hand and believe that it takes both smart work and hard work to bring the most value to an assignment. I enjoy projects and positions that challenge me and where there is an opportunity to learn. Continuous improvement is important to me and so I apply it both to myself and to my work. After working in industry for ten years I am proud at how far I have come, but humbled at the idea of where I want my potential to take me. Skilled in Lean Six Sigma, RCFA Cause Mapping, Process Simulation, Critical Path Methodology, and Microsoft Office Suite
