About Billy Small

What makes me different from other residential designers? •I have both a rigorous conceptual design background and several years of hands-on construction experience in a Design/Build environment. I take pride in understanding the connection between a CAD detail and the tradesmen who will assemble the finished product because I have built my own details •Working for the past three years in a small, 2-person firm, I've been involved in projects from start to finish and been trusted with marketing tasks, email and phone correspondence, and construction administration. I've channeled these skills into two of my own small Design/Build projects. •A love of watercolor painting combined with strong computer training has allowed me to implement both traditional and digital techniques into renderings. I take pride in crafting mixed-media renderings and feel that this method produces beautiful images that please clients and best represent the spirit of a design.
