I have experience in qualified case management involving matters that require coordination between multiple stakeholders and clear communication, both internally and externally. In my current role, I have been involved in establishing a new unit within the protection process, where we initially lacked routines and structured processes. I took an active role in designing workflows, developing templates and procedures, as well as training colleagues. This required not only initiative and structure but also a holistic perspective, where I needed to understand the connections between individual cases, legal certainty, and organizational goals. This project has strengthened my ability to work strategically and with a long-term focus on a variety of issues. I see myself as a highly adaptable person with a genuine drive to grow. Whether leading a team or contributing as part of one, I listen actively and embrace different perspectives, because I believe diversity in thought leads to stronger outcomes. I’m quick to adjust to changing circumstances, always with the end goal in sight. To me, innovation starts with curiosity and a willingness to look at challenges from every angle.
