Communicated daily with Item/System Managers at the Air Force Logistics Center, Defense Logistics Agency and other Department of Defense services to expedite delivery of spare parts. Performed lateral support checks with other supply accounts and requested shipments when parts were available. Technical expertise led to the lowest aircraft mission capable rates ever.
