Much of this experience has come from SITE Trampoline where I grew from a coaching position to managing and later, to overseeing the expansion of the business, which included the launch of a second location. This provided me with invaluable insights into business strategy and expansion. Currently, I'm channeling this experience into contract work, focusing on design & development, business strategy, SOPs, and exploring the potential of AI in enhancing small business operations, while continuing to nurture my foundational skills in design and development.
