This stems from my diverse background in the manufacturing and telecommunications industries backed by my military experience leading initiatives in a wide array of programs and operations. In my recent roles, I was involved in performance improvement and leading change to ensure processes are aligned with company and team goals. For example, this has resulted in generating $100M in revenue for the region and performance improvement in offices to be among the top 5% in nation, which I attribute to being a hands-on, motivating leader, not just a manager.
