Now superannuated from Tata Steel Ltd, Kalinganagar, Odisha as Head HRBP, Steel Manufacturing and Maintenance with effect from 1st August 2021. Recognized as a proactive individual who can rapidly identify business HR issues / problems, formulate tactical plans, initiate change and implement effective business strategies in challenging environments to enhance productivity and profitability. Good communicator with stake holders, Worker’s Unions and other interested parties in the interest of Business.
