About Bin Li

As a research associate at Technische Universität Dortmund, I apply my machine learning and big data skills to the field of anomaly detection in streaming data. My goal is to develop trustworthy machine learning methods that can detect and explain anomalies in real-time data streams, such as sensor data, network traffic, or social media feeds. I have a master's degree in computer science from Leibniz Universität Hannover, where I focused on data mining and data management, and a bachelor's degree in network engineering from Xidian University. I have over 1.5 years of work experience as a researcher and developer in the domain of big data and digitization in logistics. I am proficient in Apache Spark, Kafka, and various machine learning frameworks and tools. I am passionate about advancing the state-of-the-art in machine learning and data science, and contributing to the scientific and social impact of my research.
