Ever since I wrote my first lines of code, I found myself hooked on the challenge of making it. The thrill of testing my own creations and ensuring everything worked perfectly sparked my love for quality assurance and testing. This fascination has guided my career, where I now thrive on uncovering hidden issues and delivering reliable software solutions. Starting as a Data Tester, I quickly realised that finding bugs was just part of the job. The real challenge was ensuring that every piece of software not only met requirements but also exceeded user expectations. Over the years I have honed my skills in testing focusing on delivering high quality products under tight deadlines: Performed Various phases of testing such as Regression Testing, Sanity Testing, UAT, PVT against the various builds of the application with valid and invalid data covering all positive and negative test scenarios. Contributed to a 25% reduction in post-release defects. Utilised JIRA to manage defects, improving software quality and reliability by prioritising and resolving issues efficiently. Identified and resolved data inconsistencies, resulting in a higher standard of data accuracy and consistency, thus enhancing overall data quality by 15%. Interacted with Development team, Business Analysts, Product Owners, External service Providers by improving collaboration and transparency through effective communication. I hold a Master of Information Technology from Gujarat University, where I developed a robust foundation in data analysis, software development, and quality assurance. Additionally, I have completed several key certifications, including Core Data Analysis, Manipulation & Presentation from The Data Analytics Institute, and PHP Web Development from Akash Techno Labs.
