About Bince Mathew

Results driven banking and technology professional with 18+ years of cross functional experience in corporate lending, syndicated and bilateral loans, and digital transformation. I have held progressive roles across global organizations like Deutsche Bank, Oracle, and IBM, spanning operations, consulting, and product ownership. Currently working as a Business Transformation Consultant at IBM, I lead and support end-to-end Loan IQ implementation projects for Japanese clients, combining deep functional expertise with offshore delivery and stakeholder engagement. Previously, as the Principal Product Manager at Oracle Financial Services, I was the functional consultant and product owner for OBCLPM, a comprehensive mid-office solution for corporate lending that now supports 8 global banks. My decade long tenure at Deutsche Bank saw my evolution from Analyst to AVP, where I led APAC corporate lending operations across bilateral documentation, loan origination, and syndicated loan processing for seven countries, managing five Team Managers and a wider delivery team. Known for bridging business and technology, I bring hands-on expertise in Loan IQ, OBCLPM, FLEXCUBE, and strategic project delivery, with a strong focus on client engagement, process optimization, and regulatory compliance.
